Book Series (3)

This series includes Sandcastle Kings, which elicits a fading empire; this is represented by the broken down cardboard. The cardboard effect is used on the other books to maintain visual unity as they all share the common goal of provoking change and deconstructing to then reconstruct a stronger character. All three books share a handmade feel to evoke that something is still in process and imperfect, which speaks to the human condition that is continually in a process of refinement.
